1 cup water. 1 cup instant rice. 1/4th cup Pre-soaked beans or canned. 1 chicken bullion cube. Pinch salt. 1 TBSP butter. Paprika to taste. Garlic powder to taste. 1/4 Hilshire farm sausage. 1/2 cup frozen veggies.
Fry sausage in butter. When brown, add water and frozen veggies and spices bullion, beans etc. When boiling, remove from heat. Add instant rice. Mix rice. Let sit covered for 5 minutes to soak in steam. Fluff with fork. Eat.
Should be enough to last a couple of meals, so, really, it's $1.50 beans and rice.
