I too have a motorcycle story about one of my first non-commercial flights.
(TellUpgoat)One of my first non-commercial flights was 48 feet off my brothers dirt bike. It had come to an abrupt stop where some joker laying railroad track ties left one extending 10 feet out into the dirt road beside it, which was invisible in the dust from the guy I was following. The dirt road swerved around it, I didn't. I only escaped serious injury by being super tough, and by being super relaxed with rorer 714.
It was 48 feet from the railroad tie take off to the first landing marks in the dirt. Only had a few scrapes, actually. Even found my intact glasses in the brush the next day. Nice concussion though.
That's probably when I first became skeptical of motorcycles. Now of course we have
https://watchpeopledie.tv where thousands of cyclists have their fates documented.
