So I called in, and a woman asks for a reason to cancel. I cite the policy as the reason and explain I have no interest in telling stories or justifying my actions or having debates. She says that's not a valid reason. So I give her a reason. I speak about the reason with conviction and rigor articulating my problem succinctly and knowing that there will be counter points presented.

And when the counter points come in I keep repeating "I don't care" until she stops talking. Then I ask if I have fulfilled the requirements for a 100% hassle free money back guarantee. A pause. She says "wow". Her feelings destroyed, she coldly processes the refund.
