Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer is trying to ram through the "Antisemitism Awareness Act" to silence criticism of Jews and Israel as hate speech and empower the federal government to crack down on anti-Israel protests on college campuses.

Schumer is attempting to pass the bill by adding it to the so-called "must pass" 2025 National Defense Authorization Act but is drawing pushback from House Speaker Mike Johnson.

Johnson already passed the bill in the House and agrees with the bill in principle but just wants it to be a standalone vote (trashing our First Amendment on behalf of a foreign power now has bipartisan consensus).

The fact that they hid this, stone walled the release of this, and mocked us as dumb conspiracy theorists is hostile to the public. The fact that they hide body camera footage of important evidence and events like this should scare us all. And they have the gual to mock the people they kill and torture online across social media and then hide evidence from the public and even the entire event while brushing off peoples demands for punishment of bad cops, and punishment of bad police brass, and actual comprehensive reform should piss everyone off and i'm especially pissed off at police unions because they should be there to negotiate better pay for police not negotiate with the victims of police brutality who want the cops fired and jailed and instead try to basically cover up police brutality hoping people will shut up and go away no police unions you go away fuckers we're going to raise a stink about fucker police and about you bumble fucks. And they have the gual to use social media to say we protect people no you enslave, kidnap, torture, rape, shame, humiliate, belittle, and kill people and lie to the public and if you really wanted to do good you pigs would listen to me and the hundreds of millions of us you have tried to murder.
