Men are no more welcome in any female-dominated field than they would be in the women’s bathroom.
Any man who enters is automatically regarded as some type of transgender.
Any man who stays will be considered an intruder by the women, and as less of a man by the men.
This is natural, inevitable, and absolutely unstoppable.
We’ve seen it in books, we’ve seen it in movies, we’ve seen it in comics, and we’ve seen it in video games, we've seen it in structural engineering, and we've see it in aerospace, where dei kills. (Yes, I'm looking at you Boeing.)
Once women get involved in a field and start demanding mediocrity, men walk away.
Competition is replaced by consensus, quality collapses, and the entire field becomes a wasteland that produces nothing but shit.
As the field becomes wholly incapable of fulfilling it's most basic core functions, productivity is replaced with parasitism on financial hosts, and when the hosts leave, the field collapses.
Good time to start developing credentials that are based on objective standards.
As the value of academic credentials continue to collapse they'll increasingly in demand
Networking through apprentice and guild systems will become more important.
The need to demonstrate an ability to actually do the work will replace worthless paper certificates.
